Congratulations to the Dallas Mavericks. By declination charts, a Maverick southern progressed lunar extreme beat out a progressed Moon hitting Miami's natal Jupiter. Miami will be carrying that energy for the next two seasons which probably coincides with the one of the big three's contacts ending then. When the Heat beat  the Mavericks for the NBA Championship in the June 20, 2006. The Moon was 25 degrees 15 minutes nearing the northern extreme. The Mavericks were experiencing a progressed Moon parallel natal Sun which is a powerful event, but teams playing with an extreme seem to come out on top quite often.

The second meeting of the Heat and Mavericks for the Championship found the Mavs with a progressed Moon almost at the exact southern extreme.

Business publication Fast Company printed a nice article by Chuck Salter in the May, 2011 edition entitled "Lessons of Lebron-What every business can learn about team chemistry". Chuck called me for some astrological comments on the Miami Heat's big three, LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh and the last season's playoffs.

from page 84...**GOOD SIGN: We asked Ken Hopkins, aka the Sports Astrologer, who predicted the Heat's last    championship, for his opinion on Miami's chemistry. "When Bosh was born, he had the moon in Capricorn, which gives him a strong connection to Capricorns [like James and Wade]," he says. Better yet, Hopkins sees the Heat peaking late in the season -- because of the moon's alignment with Jupiter.

As far as the Fast Company article that Chuck Salter did, let's wait and see if the chemistry among the Heat players remains intact and produces more determination and perserverence. The Heat did peak at the end of the year but after the series with the Chicago Bulls, that peak was pounded into a valley by Nowitzki and company.

I rely a great deal on secondary declination charts for measuring team and athlete potentials during a specified frame. The only Heat championship was in 2006 against the Dallas Mavericks.

In a progressed graphic chart based on the declination points of planets and key chart points at birth, the progressed Moon will show motion as it moves 18 to 29 degrees north and south of the celestial equator. It takes 28 years for this cycle to complete. In 2005 the Heat progressed Moon was aligning to forming a parallel with the Jupiter natal position in the northern 19th degree on its path to what we call the northern extreme which it reached in 2008. The Moon carried this prosperous vibration into the playoffs and aided the Heat in winning that 2006 NBA Championship. This year the Moon is moving in a southerly direction from its northern peak approaching another parallel with Jupiter again. It's very possible the Heat will have a winning outcome as well. This is the first year of a favorable three-year winning window.
